Mercy is now testing physician office electronic lab ordering.  St Elizabeth and TriHealth will also test the new system in April 2006.  This new system will allow physician offices to order lab tests from area hospitals from your office electronically.  General usage of the system is scheduled for May.  With the addition of Ambulatory Order Entry, the Cincinnati region has become the first fully digital community in the nation!
