HealthBridge is a not-for-profit corporation that supports health information technology (HIT) adoption, health information exchange (HIE), and innovative use of information for improved health care outcomes. For well over a decade, HealthBridge has been recognized as one of the nation’s largest, most advanced, and most financially sustainable health information exchanges (HIE). Today, HealthBridge is so much more. With its uniquely connected technology and innovative process improvement, HealthBridge doesn’t just exchange information; it makes the information meaningful for hospitals, physician practices and other health care organizations. By ensuring that the right information reaches the right people at the right time, HealthBridge enables stakeholders to make smarter decisions that enhance patient care and lower health care costs.
